Are there shipping charges?
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery locations.
In Serbia shipping is 300,00 RSD.
International
International shipping has a flat rate of EUR 25,00.
Novak Djokovic’s Year-End #1 Yearbook Collection shipping is free of charge.
Are taxes included in the price?
Our prices are displayed with all taxes included. However, orders may be subject to any tax and customs charges of the country of delivery. Those costs and related obligations are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid to the carrier upon delivery.
Serbia
Our prices display all taxes for orders to Serbia.
International
For orders to countries outside of Serbia, prices include all taxes. As stated above, those orders are subject to tax and customs duties of the country of destination. They are the responsibility of the customer/recipient and are to be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery. You are responsible for the payment of all governmental taxes, administrative fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when you use the website or make a purchase. If the recipient refuses the package due to additional customs duties charged to the recipient upon receipt, NDF shop reserves the right to charge the amount of such customs duties originally due by the customer up to €25.
How do we deliver?
The NDF shop offers the following delivery methods:
- for deliveries to Serbian customers standard courier deliveries.
- for international deliveries, standard delivery with DHL.
When can you expect your shipment?
Once your payment has been confirmed, we guarantee a preparation and shipping time for your order of 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you must add the delivery time. This time depends on the country of delivery.
However, international delivery time may vary depending on the routing time of the local stations. We do not accept any liability for longer delivery times due to the carrier. Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance of each package.
Can I track my package?
Yes, You will be able to track your package thanks to the tracking number communicated after the dispatch of your order.
Can I ship to a place other than my home?
Yes, your order can be delivered to the address of your choice.
